Ah, the dreaded PRT.  Being of hearty German and Irish stock, I have to sometimes use dirty tricks to keep my weight in standards.  I am usally close enough the trest of the year, but twice a year I must submit to the dreaded choke and rope.  Two weeks of chicken rice, beans, and spinach usually does it, with a small assist from various vitamins from GNC.  I shall keep you posted.
