Root cause

When I was in QA, I learned about root cause analysis.  We were taught the 7 whys method.  Ask why until you get to the bottom line, which 7 happens to be the magic number.  The answer is usually one of the following: failure of design, failure of leadership, failure of procedure, failure of craftsman.  Much of Mom’s family blindly votes Democrat.  After speaking on the phone with Mom, I thought of a fun idea.  Try the seven whys with Democrats on any issue, and see what they say.
